30th Sept 2021 – Update from Andrew Kaggwa, the Carpenter

Our construction update today is from Andrew Kaggwa, the carpenter working on formwork for the sample wall!

Andrew talks a little more about the materials used in the formwork, namely timber and plywood, that will be used to shape the rammed earth. This same timber will then be repurposed to form the roof slats for the centre – reducing waste and cost!
