Khaish studio is based in Khartoum Sudan. Their members are Galal Yousif , Elhassan Elmuontasir, Hazim Alhussain.

In 2017, Elhassan and Hazim came to 32 Degrees for one month, producing volumes of images. In this process of working and re-working the features of a faces and striving more a more experimental stroke each time, they came closer to questioning what the significant factors and features are that identify, mark and define us. What are the markers of our identities?

Hazim used fine patterns, or the absence of them to create large-scale portraits. Elhassan used emotive strokes and vibrant colors to create a small army of profiles.
