Liz Kobusinge

Liz Kobusinge is a multimedia artist whose work showed at Southbank Centre in London, Goethe Zentrum Kampala with ‘Return to Sender’ and Kampala Fashion Week.

During her residency at 32° East, she explored printmaking as a medium for her ethereal figures. She also worked with barkcloth, paper, fabrics and used various objects including skin and her own face to make prints.

Thinking of the skin of a person being a record of experiences and time, she explored natural materials in the creation of her work to further develop her concept.
